Elderberry Infused Honey

What's in it

• Two ingredients. Organic raw honey and whole organic elderberries. Nothing else.
• Raw and unpasteurized. The honey is never heat-treated, so it keeps its natural texture and character.
• Two sizes. A 1 lb bottle for the pantry, or a pack of 10 single-serve straws for a bag, locker, or lunch box.

Good to know

• Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time. Set the jar in warm water to return it to a smooth pour.
• Store at room temperature. No refrigeration needed.

Safety information

• Do not feed honey to infants under 12 months of age. Honey can contain Clostridium botulinum spores, which can cause infant botulism in babies under one year.
• Not recommended for anyone with a known allergy to honey, bee products, or elderberry.
